This is a basic business hotel in the right place at the right price. It closed for Covid is is starting up again.. Not everything works exactly as it should but it's coming back from Covid closure Breakfast is hot water and a toaster (bring your own bread-not really a problem in the era of grab food) and now a microwave. The price is right the staff are helpful and perhaps not as well supported by their own organisation as they might be. Nevertheless the Phoenix will rise again!

Apart from the terrific location the service and cleanlines leave a lot to be desired
Location: great and fairly quiet (near Central World, Big C, Pratunam and Ploenchit Road with restaurants/embassies within walking distance Airco: kept the room cool Shower: excellent waterpressure
Cleanliness: leaves a lot to be desired (black mold in corners of bathroom and around the plastic washbasin). The ventilation grille in the bathroom was full of dust and needs a thorough clean up, so does the outside of the toilet bowl). TV: no English channels available Airco: part of the split system located on the "balcony" with the result being a fair bit of noise as if it was at breaking point Watercooker: available, but without tea or coffee present Water: only 1 instead of the standard 2 bottles per person supplied Room: Initially we were given the wrong room, which was already occupied by (an)other guest(s) Facilities: not even a simple opportunity to eat or drink on location Payment: after paying cash for 2 nights the counter employee could not give a receipt as she didn't know how to do it. The next day the receipt of payment couldn't be provided, because the printer and computer system had broken down. There was no back up system in the form of a written receipt. Finally the receipt was forthcoming at departure but with the wrong roomnumber. A correct receipt with the correct roomnumber was supposedly no more possible.
